The Ethical Recruitment Process

Our ethical recruitment procedure involves clearly defined guidelines and procedures so as to make sure that we provide the best possible service to our patrons. The following briefs the various steps involved in RR’s recruitment process

Requirements Gathering

We begin by working closely with our clients to understand their needs. Our goal here is to gain a deep understanding of our clients expectations, company culture and unique challenges to ensure the best possible service.

Demand Draft & Advertisement

The next step in the process is where we obtain an official requirement letter aka demand letter from the client using which we call for applications for the required roles.

Examining & Shortlisting

We examine the candidates and shortlist them based on the experience and qualification for the required positions. The shortlisted applications are then screened by the clients and called for interview.

Selection

The shortlisted candidates are then interviewed by the client and are selected by the client based on their interview performance and are called for the next step in the process.

Medical Examination & Visa Processing

The selected candidates then undergo a thorough medical examination. After a successful medical examination, we initiate the visa & emigration process.

Pre Departure Orientation Training

The final step in the process is the Predepature Orientation Training (PDOT) which includes educating the candidates about their duties and responsibilities, avaliable facilities, the laws and regulations of the country of work, safety, health matters, language, culture, do’s and dont’s etc.

Departure

After the PDOT process we make the final arrangements for the selected candidates to fly to their employment destination and get inducted into their respective roles.

Follow Up & Grievance Redressal

All throughout the process R.R. Enterprises acts as a friend and guide for the candidates and coordinate with our clients to make sure we provide a professional and memorable recruiting experience. We also provide post deployment grievance mechanisms for the candidates to reach out to us for their queries.
